The Act on Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation for the Disabled (Act No. 4219 of 1990) provides for the promotion of employment of physically or mentally disabled workers. Establishes for this purpose an Employment Promotion of the Handicapped Committee and an Employment Promotion Agency for the Handicapped.
