The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Law, 2015
A quota for employment of persons with disabilities has not yet been set. The Law provides for the possible introduction of a requirement for companies to employ a quota (percentage) of persons with disabilities to be set by the National Committee, which was established in September 2017. Failure to meet the quota could result in fines, to be used for a fund for protecting the rights of persons with disabilities. The Law also provides for the possibility of tax incentives if an employer employs more than the set quota of persons with disabilities.
