Asociación Autismo Cádiz and Asociación Apadis Win Together Capgemini & Fundación Randstad Award
Capgemini and Fundación Randstad have announced the winners of the seventh edition of the Together Awards, which honor non-profit organizations advancing equal opportunities and workplace inclusion for people with disabilities.
This year, Asociación Apadis and Asociación Autismo Cádiz were recognized for their impactful projects in the categories of Digital Inclusion and Diversity, respectively. The awards ceremony was hosted by Lorena Pedrera, Project Director at Fundación Randstad.
Apadis received the Digital Inclusion award for its initiative “Conect@dos al empleo”, aimed at enhancing the employability of individuals with intellectual disabilities through digital training tools and job skills development.
Autismo Cádiz was honored in the Diversity category for its project “Apoyo TEA”, which supports people with autism to enter the workforce through personalized employability strategies.
Each organization will receive €5,000 to further their efforts in digital inclusion and labor integration.
Nieves Pacheco, Head of CSR at Capgemini Spain, emphasized the growing impact of the initiative: “The greatest achievement of these awards is their continuity over seven years, with increasing participation. Word of mouth has amplified their relevance. By encouraging our professionals to nominate and present the social organizations they support, we foster meaningful connections—between our teams, the organizations, and between Capgemini and Fundación Randstad.”
Marta Valer, Director of Strategic Alliances at Fundación Randstad, added: “These awards highlight the work of organizations advancing disability inclusion and reducing the digital divide. Their efforts inspire more companies to join this movement.”
The jury included representatives from both Capgemini and Fundación Randstad, with employees playing a key role in nominating and voting for the winning initiatives.
These awards continue to foster meaningful partnerships and promote inclusive employment practices across Spain.
This serves as a powerful reflection of Capgemini’s enduring commitment to creating a more inclusive future for all.
