Webinar: Business opportunities in communicating and reporting on disability inclusion

Beyond legal compliance, sustainability reporting empowers companies to systematically monitor and communicate how they address environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, risks, and opportunities, while aligning their practices with evolving policy frameworks. The process involved in sustainability reporting also plays a key role in refining sustainability strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement for business. The webinar "Business opportunities in communicating and reporting on disability inclusion" – jointly organised by the ILO Global Business and Disability Network, myAbility, Valuable500, and Disability Hub Europe – explored the disability inclusion dimensions of corporate communications and reporting, including in the context of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Company representatives from L'Oréal and IKEA shared their expertise and insights.
