Quota Legislation

Law No. 49 (1982) introduces an employment quota of 5% for people with disabilities in firms
with 50 employees or more. In the suggested legislation, the threshold for employers’ obligation to hire the 5% quota will become 20 employees, instead of 50 employees.

Law No. 10 (2018) on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities aims to ensure equality in the enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms in all areas.
