Bringing in the talent with disabilities with Axtel

Axtel, together with Movimiento Congruencia, aims at promoting equal opportunities and the social and labour inclusion of people with disabilities in the company. For this reason, Axtel is implementing the following strategies:

  • Defining the roles which can be fulfilled by people with disabilities.
  • Participating in fairs and in Movimiento Congruencia’s job board.
  • Training two members of their Human Resources team to lead labour inclusion initiatives for people with disabilities.
  • Pursuing the goal of employing at least one candidate with disability per month.

Axtel seeks to strengthen their labour inclusion culture and has designed and implemented a training programme to build capacities and facilitate the integration of people with disabilities.
