Capgemini joining Strategic Alliances to promote Neuroinclusion in the workplace
Capgemini is proud to reinforce its commitment to neuroinclusion through strategic initiatives at both global and local levels. By collaborating with industry leaders and community partners, the Group is shaping a workplace culture that values cognitive diversity as a source of innovation and strength.
At the Global level, Capgemini has co-founded “Objectif Neuroinclusion”, first coalition of neuro-inclusive global companies headquartered in France. With 8 other industry giants like Orange, L'Oréal, Carrefour, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Thales and FDJ United, this alliance is committed to:
- Building a unified framework for neuroinclusion
- Raising awareness and educating on neurodiversity
- Showcasing inclusive practices that work
- Mobilizing collective action to champion cognitive inclusion
This initiative reflects Capgemini’s belief that embracing neurodiversity is essential to building resilient, future-ready organizations.
The hybrid kick off was inaugurated by an interview of Professor Ludmila Praslova, author of the multi awarded book “The Canary code”.
Locally, Capgemini France is deepening its engagement through its partnership with Singularity, a key contributor to the Neurodiversity Alliance. The Alliance meeting convened leading companies to advance cognitive inclusion. The session focused on:
- A roadmap of collaborative workshops and benchmarking
- The launch of a draft guide on “Inclusion of Neuroatypical Profiles at Work”
- Strategic planning for the Neurodiversity Leaders Forum and future working groups
Capgemini’s integrated approach — combining global influence with local action — exemplifies its leadership in building inclusive workplaces and its collaborative approach in learning from peers and experts. By fostering environments where neurodivergent talent can thrive, Capgemini continues to shape a future where diversity drives innovation and impact.
