From Rights to Results - Leading the Future of Inclusive Business

The ILO Global Business and Disability Network (GBDN)'s 12th global conference "CRPD@20: From Rights to Results - Leading the Future of Inclusive Business" on 1-2 December 2026 acknowledges the 20th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). It will bring together representatives from the business community, including multinational enterprises and National Business and Disability Networks, as well as business allies like public policy makers, United Nations entities and Organisations of Persons with Disabilities, to share, strategize and act on the employment of persons with disabilities. 

Online, the conference can be followed on ILO Live. 

The 2-day hybrid, public conference is free-of-charge and will take place in the ILO Headquarters, Geneva, Switzerland. Interpretation into International Sign and live captioning in English will be provided.
