Advancing neuroinclusion: from framework to collective action
28 April 2026
At Capgemini, inclusion is not just an aspiration – they make their commitment real through meaningful action. As highlighted in their recent session, Capgemini is pleased to share the Global Neuroinclusion Framework, developed by an international neuroinclusion taskforce from across Capgemini and endorsed by external experts at Differing Minds. This framework brings their policy ambitions to life by showcasing practical, real‑world examples of what is already working across the Group.
The framework is designed to support colleagues, leaders, and teams in creating environments where talent of all neurotypes can thrive. To further embed neuroinclusion into everyday ways of working, Capgemini has introduced the Neuroinclusion NEXT Learning Pathway. This pathway includes the framework itself, along with the recording of the Insights Session, and completion will count toward individual learning hours. Capgemini strongly encourages colleagues to share this pathway with their teams, employee networks, and wider communities to help raise awareness and strengthen inclusive practices.
To ensure the framework continues to evolve, a feedback form has also been launched. Colleagues are invited to share ideas, feedback, and additional examples, helping to shape a living document that reflects best practices across Capgemini and maximizes positive impact.
These principles echoed strongly during the HandiLab Meetings, which explored a key question: Is the future of the company atypical? Through rich exchanges with experts, researchers, business leaders, and associations, the sessions highlighted how recognizing individual strengths and diverse talents is a powerful lever for sustainable inclusion, organizational agility, and meaningful transformation.
Together, these initiatives reinforce Capgemini's shared belief: when everyone can perform at their best, everyone can move forward.
