TAKpełnosprawni was created to support two groups: persons with disabilities seeking employment and employers that are willing to provide equal treatment and opportunities for people with disabilities.

The Rede Empresarial de Inclusão Social (Business Network for Social Inclusion) is the first and only business group exclusively dedicated to disability inclusion in the workplace in Brazil. Led by Serasa Experian, the network’s company members develop joint products, debate and share experiences and difficulties encountered in hiring and training persons with disabilities, and actively engage public authorities on these issues.
