Psychological Health Promotion as a Leadership Task (psyGA e-learning tool)

The psyGA eLearning program aims to promote mental health through good health behavior. It includes chapters on stress and mental health, interrelations between leadership and health, recognizing and addressing signs of strain and internal and external support options.
The processing time of the eLearning tool is between 45 and 75 minutes - without or with completing of three self-checks. The tool is available in German and English.
