The Butterfly Inclusive Employment Ecosystem (IEE) is a network of UAE corporates that work to drive inclusion, equality and accessibility for persons with disabilities in the workplace. The IEE allows for the building of knowledge and information exchange on disability inclusive employment, and works to eliminate stereotypes and unconscious biases of persons with disabilities. Additionally, the network hosts seminars and networking events, and offers various programmes, resources and tools for partners who are working on their disability inclusive journey.
