The Pakistan Business Disability Network (PBDN) is an employer-led body constituted under the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan to work on the economic empowerment of people with disabilities and specific needs, with a focus on youth and women and on facilitating inclusion of persons with disabilities and workplace diversity in Pakistan. The mandate of the PBDN is to bring employers together for promoting inclusion and decent work for persons with disabilities, raise awareness, and exchange knowledge among private and public organizations as well as organizations working on disability inclusion in the workplace. The Network is represented by the private sector, organizations of people with disabilities, development partners and international NGOs as well as the ILO.
