The Ghana Business and Disability Network (GBDN) is an employer-led forum in Ghana chaired by Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC. The purpose of Ghana BDN is to promote employment and inclusion of persons with disabilities in the private sector and beyond. It seeks to bring together private sector employers to promote disability inclusion at the workplace, facilitate exchange of knowledge and learning, raise awareness, and build the disability confidence of employers. The Network is represented by the Private Sector, Organization of people with disabilities, Development partners and International NGOs.
