Foro Por Talento is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, with emphasis on children, girls and women with Rett Syndrome and their families. They focus on facilitating access to goods and services through case management, empowerment and advocacy and contribute to the change of view and perception about the rights of people with disabilities in Ecuador through communication and educational strategies. In addition, the foundation strengthens the employment ecosystem, promoting inclusion in companies and the development of the talent of people with disabilities.
