RELEVANT LEGISLATION
Law 31/2007 on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities focuses on the quota specification of 4 percent for entities which employ 25 person and above.
Article 4.3 of Law 31/2007 stipulates that persons with disabilities have the right to “appropriate vocational training to develop their abilities according to the needs of the labor market;
The law also determines a legal obligation to train personnel working in vocational training programs to deal with persons with disability.
