The Constitution of Kenya states in Chapter Four Bill of Rights, part 2 Rights and Fundamental freedoms, Article 27 that every person is equal before the law and has right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law.
The Persons with Disabilities Act 2003 section 12 sub section (2)
Quota legislation
The Persons with Disabilities Act 14 of 2003 :
5 percent quota in public and private sector for the person with disabilities.
