Under the Labour Code employers who have hired over 50 employees must determine annually job positions appropriate for persons with disabilities of 4 to 10 % of all positions depending on the type of economic activity. The concrete share of the job positions for persons with disabilities for each economic activity is determined by the Minister of labour and social policy and the Minister of healthcare. Out of all job positions determined under the Labour Code the employer must determine at least 50 % for persons with permanent disabilities. The employer should inform the Employment Departments for these job positions and must announce the vacant ones in 14 days after their determination.
